Thank you for shopping at Zentra. We appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
